When you visit Parramatta Medicare Mental Health, you’ll be welcomed into a friendly and inclusive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. There’s no pressure and no judgment, we’re here to listen and support you, at your pace.
At your first visit, you’ll sit down with someone from our team for an informal chat. We’ll talk about how you’re feeling and what kind of support might help. You might meet with a mental health clinician, a peer worker with lived experience, or one of our support staff. Everything you share is confidential and you’re welcome to bring someone with you if that helps you feel more at ease.
