headspace Meadowbrook is an early intervention service for young people aged 12–25 with mild to moderate mental health concerns. Our multidisciplinary team supports young people in the Meadowbrook region by providing support for mental health, physical health, cutting back on alcohol and other drugs, and getting into work and study.
