headspace centres are a one-stop-shop for young people aged 12 to 25 who need help with mental health, physical health, alcohol and drugs, and work and study support. Each centre is different, offering unique services that reflect the needs of its local community. Our staff can include psychologists, counsellors, GPs and other mental health workers. We offer a wide range of services for concerns including depression and anxiety disorders, PTSD, eating disorders and drug and alcohol abuse. We offer counselling, wellbeing services and vocational supports. Visits are free and confidential.
