Using evaluation and evidence to improve quality and understand our impact.
At Stride, we are committed to delivering high-quality mental health services that truly make a difference.
Evaluation and evidence play a critical role in this commitment, helping us understand the impact of our programs, identify what’s working, and uncover areas for improvement.
By collecting and analysing data, listening to the voices of consumers, and applying evidence-based practices, we ensure our services are continuously evolving to meet the needs of our community.
At Stride, we have implemented a Service Outcomes Framework that reflects our whole-of-organisation approach to understanding the impact of our services. This framework supports our goal of delivering services that are accessible, effective, appropriate, safe, and sustainable.
We are also committed to contributing to the broader mental health sector by supporting research and knowledge generation. We believe it is vital that both the people who access our services and the staff who deliver them have meaningful opportunities to participate in research and inform continuous service improvement.
We also partner with a range of research institutions, universities, and community-managed organisations to strengthen our evaluation practices, contribute to evidence-based innovation, and ensure our services reflect the latest knowledge in mental health care.
At Stride, all research proposals are reviewed collaboratively by our Service Delivery teams and the Evaluation and Evidence team to ensure alignment with our values, priorities, and ethical standards.
If you would like to propose a new research project, or request to advertise for participants in an existing study, please complete this form. Once submitted, your proposal will be reviewed by the relevant teams.
